Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
I always ship items within one week of payment confirmation, with exception of commissions, all orders will come with tracking. I am not responsible for mail delays or lost items, please contact me if you have an issue with an order. I do my best to find solutions for every problem including refunds, replacements, and locating lost mail. Please provide images of damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement or refund. This policy does not include commissioned items.
I am not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address. I cannot guarantee refunds/replacements for items lost in the mail, especially for items marked as "delivered." I will contact USPS to locate lost mail, if USPS confirms the mail is lost, I will offer a refund or replacement. If an item is returned due to incorrect address, being unclaimed or other reasons, the order will be canceled and refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

None of the above policies apply to commissioned items. Commissions are final sales and are not able to be refunded, replaced, or returned.
Privacy Policy
I only use customer information to fulfill orders or subscription services. Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me will only be used by me as needed to provide my services. I may use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests (i.e. taxes) (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others. If and when required, I will communicate with you about your order status using the email you provide.
I have no access to your payment account details: Credit/Debit cards and PayPal process your financial information independently of me.
Your transaction information will be stored on the Wix system as long as I have my store on Wix or until I or Wix deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.
